Review:In the sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft, and in both wizard and muggle worlds Lord Voldemort and his henchmen are increasingly active. With vacancies to fill at Hogwarts, Professor Dumbledor persuades Horace Slughorn, back from retirement to become the potions teacher, while Professor Snape receives long awaited news. Harry Potter, together with Dumbledore, must face treacherous tasks to defeat his evil nemesis Voldemort.

The film was worse, really worse if you have read the book.Every important thing,like Harry’s increasing involvement with the Half Blood Prince’s book and his insight into Voldemort’s early life, were all just secondary happenstance to the several budding romances between the lead characters.Which was frustrating at times.They miss out so many crucial points that you can’t figure out what’s happening if you haven’t read the book.The whole movie revolves around Romance and all and finished very soon IMO.Me being a huge potter maniac liked the movie,and i should.But overall the movie wont excite people who haven't read the book.

Dan was too good for his role,(except his height which is not growing at all),Helena Carter was evil and annoying,Michael Gambon was exceptional in the scene at the dark cave when Harry & Dumbledore retrieve one of the “Horcruxes”.The kid acted as young Tom riddle was excellent.Tom felton is promising. Rupert grint was good in his comic timing. Though Hermoine, Luna, Hagrid,Neville,ginny etc they didn't featured for much of the time in the movie.

Review:Director Gabor Csupo's movie Bridge to Terabithia is a surprisingly good family-friendly treat.The story is about two teenagers Jess Arons and leslie burke and their magic world.Jess Aarons (Josh Hutcherson) is a lonely outsider with three sisters, the two oldest of whom tend to rule the family roost like it is their own personal playground.While Leslie Burke (AnnaSophia Robb) is new in town and feels an immediate kinship with Jess. Neighbors, she makes it her mission to become his friend, the two of them ultimately crafting their own imaginary world the name Terabithia.The story is all about fantasy,dreaming, friendship and pure magic.

I fell in love with Annasophia after watching this movie :p
Really she is so cute in this movie.Definately a must watch for all kind of audiences.I have not gone through Paterson's novel before but after watching the movie am sure i dont have to.The best thing about this movie is its innocence,the heartfelt emotions and the strong human adventure at its center more than enough to warrant a recommendation.

Review: The movie tag line says 'Be careful what you wish for'.I saw this movie with lot of wishes actually,wished to enjoy a animated movie after Wall-E.And i can say now I enjoyed every bit of it.Coraline is a story of A young adventurous girl Coraline Jones,who recently shifted to a new place with her mom and dad.Poor girl is having a pretty busy family, both Mom and Dad don't have much time to talk to or otherwise pay attention to Coraline.So she continues her adventures in nearby wood and in her big home too.She meets this whiz-kid Wybie (Robert Bailey Jr) in woods and they became friends,he gifts her a look-alike doll.Things were quite good when one day Coraline walks through a secret door in her new home and discovers an alternate version of her life. A whole new world with a 'other mother','other father','other Wybie' and even 'other neighbours'.But all of them buttons sewed to eyes instead of real eyes.Other Mother and Other Father want Coraline to stay with them in their world where they promise to lavish love and attention on her in ways her own parents have been neglecting to do .But soon her adventure turns dangerous when she discovers the ugly part of the new discovered world.

As a grown up i loved the movie,Coraline is definitely not for kids.Its a real enjoyable film for teens i must say,more over the film is rated PG for images,some dialogues.The film takes stop motion animation to a whole new level.A definite pick if its running in a nearby theatre to you,watch this film which is going to Oscar's next year for sure.
